The challenge

A national rebrand needed a site that reflected its new scale.

As CTSI transitioned to operate under the Pavion name, the company needed a website that represented far more than fire alarm services — it needed to communicate a unified, full-scale offering spanning fire, security, and integration, across a growing list of industries and a national footprint. The site had to build trust with enterprise and government clients while making a broad technical service set easy to navigate.

Rebrand needed digital alignment

With CTSI now operating as Pavion, the website needed to reflect the new identity clearly while maintaining the trust built under the previous brand name.

Broad, technical service offering

Pavion’s offering spans Fire, Security, Integration, Consulting & Design, Maintenance, IT Managed Services, and Proactive Monitoring — all needing clear, distinct presentation without overwhelming visitors.

Diverse, demanding client base

Serving sectors like Government & Defense, Healthcare & Pharmaceutical, Finance & Insurance, and Data Centers means the site needed to convey compliance, reliability, and enterprise-grade credibility to a sophisticated buyer.

Our approach

A structured, enterprise-grade site built on trust and clarity.

Pavion’s buyers are facility managers, IT directors, and security leads at large organisations — people who need to quickly understand capability, see proof of reliability, and find the right solution for their industry. Our approach centred on a clear three-pillar structure (Fire, Security, Integration) that anchors the entire site, supported by dedicated industry pages and a strong proof layer of client testimonials and recognisable logos. Every section was built to move a cautious, enterprise buyer toward a consultation with confidence.

WordPress Development

Built a clean, scalable WordPress site structured around Pavion’s three core solution pillars — Fire, Security, and Integration — with dedicated service and industry pages built for easy expansion.

Industry-Specific Pages

Designed dedicated pages for each served industry — Education, Healthcare, Government & Defense, Finance & Insurance, Technology & Data Centers, and more — each speaking directly to that sector’s compliance and safety needs.

Trust & Proof Layer

Integrated client testimonials, partner logos (FedEx, IBM, Oracle, Bloomberg, UPS), and equipment manufacturer partnerships (Axis, Honeywell, Crestron, Motorola) to build enterprise-grade credibility throughout the site.

Built the full WordPress site with custom page templates for solutions, services, and industries, mobile-responsive layouts, navigation, and contact/quote request flows. Integrated testimonial and partner logo sections.

  • Week 4
  • Content, QA & Launch
