CTSI, Now Pavion – A Digital Presence for a National Fire, Security & AV Integrator
CTSI USA, now operating as Pavion, is a service-based systems integrator delivering fire safety, security, and audiovisual technology solutions for commercial and industrial organisations across the country. With expertise spanning Education, Healthcare, Government, Finance, and Data Centers, Pavion partners with industry leaders like FedEx, IBM, Oracle, and Bloomberg. Wiselogix designed and developed the WordPress website that brought this rebrand and expanded solution set online.

The challenge
A national rebrand needed a site that reflected its new scale.
As CTSI transitioned to operate under the Pavion name, the company needed a website that represented far more than fire alarm services — it needed to communicate a unified, full-scale offering spanning fire, security, and integration, across a growing list of industries and a national footprint. The site had to build trust with enterprise and government clients while making a broad technical service set easy to navigate.
Our approach
A structured, enterprise-grade site built on trust and clarity.
Pavion’s buyers are facility managers, IT directors, and security leads at large organisations — people who need to quickly understand capability, see proof of reliability, and find the right solution for their industry. Our approach centred on a clear three-pillar structure (Fire, Security, Integration) that anchors the entire site, supported by dedicated industry pages and a strong proof layer of client testimonials and recognisable logos. Every section was built to move a cautious, enterprise buyer toward a consultation with confidence.

How we delivered it
4-Week Roadmap — How We Delivered It
- Discovery & Site Architecture
Mapped the full solution set across Fire, Security, and Integration, scoped the industries and services structure, and defined the site architecture to reflect the CTSI-to-Pavion rebrand. Agreed on tone: enterprise, technical, trustworthy.
- Design & Wireframes
Created wireframes for the homepage, solution pillar pages, service pages, and industry-specific landing pages. Design direction: clean, corporate, and confidence-building — built to appeal to enterprise and government decision-makers.
- WordPress Development
Built the full WordPress site with custom page templates for solutions, services, and industries, mobile-responsive layouts, navigation, and contact/quote request flows. Integrated testimonial and partner logo sections.
- Content, QA & Launch
Populated all solution, service, and industry pages with final content and imagery. Completed full cross-browser and device testing, performance checks, and final review. Launched the site and handed over with CMS documentation for ongoing content management.
