A quote or proposal is an estimate based on the information available at the time. It is agreed only when both sides accept it in writing.

When we agree to work together, the work is governed by the written agreement, proposal or statement of work for that project. It sets out the scope, timelines, fees and payment terms, ownership of what we deliver, and the other terms of the engagement, including the governing law.

If those project documents differ from these terms for that project, the project documents apply.

The website’s content, design, code, logos and trade names belong to Wiselogix Technologies or its licensors. You may view the website, link to it and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, reproduce or modify its content for other uses without our written permission.

The portfolio shows work we have done for clients. Client names, logos, screenshots and the websites themselves belong to their owners and appear only as examples of our work.

Ownership of what we deliver to a client is set out in that client’s project agreement.

The website links to websites we do not control, such as our clients’ sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

To the extent the law allows, Wiselogix Technologies is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the website, your inability to use it, or your reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Liability for project work is governed by the project agreement.
